This guide shows how to set up LUCY IPTV step by step on Smart TV, Android, iPhone and iPad, Windows, Fire TV Stick, Formuler and MAG. Pick your device below. You need the login details from your welcome email and a stable internet connection.
Works on Samsung, LG, Sony, Hisense, TCL and other Smart TVs. Choose one of the apps below. All of them are in your TV’s own app store.
For Android TV, Google TV, Android boxes, phones and tablets. All apps are available on Google Play.
Both apps are on the App Store and also work on Apple TV.
For desktops and laptops. Connect your computer to the TV with HDMI for a bigger picture.
On an Amazon Fire TV Stick, the easiest way to install the IPTV app is with the Downloader app.
The first time, Fire TV may ask you to allow installs from Downloader under Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options.
Formuler boxes use the MyTVOnline app. You can log in in two ways.
MAG boxes connect with a portal URL linked to the box’s MAC address. Send us the MAC address when you buy.
IPTV needs a stable connection. The speeds below apply per screen watching at the same time.
Enough for phones and smaller screens.
Recommended for most TVs.
For the best picture on big screens.
Connect your TV or box with a network cable whenever you can.
Restart the app and your router. Then test the internet speed on the TV or box. If that does not help, try a lower picture quality or connect with a network cable.
Check that the username, password and server URL match the welcome email exactly, with no extra spaces. Upper and lower case matter.
Find the option to update the EPG in the app settings. It can take a few minutes the first time.
Check that you sent the correct MAC address (it is under the box or in the app). Restart the box or app after we confirm the activation.
Switch to another channel and back, or restart the app. If the problem remains, contact us with the channel name and we will check it.
